Prices

• Prices are quoted depending on numbers of people staying (minimum 2 people and minimum 2 night stay) up to a maximum of 6 people.

• A pet surcharge is made in the case of doggie guests

Terms
 

• If booking more than a month before your stay, 50% of the rental cost is required to secure the booking (non refundable).

• The balance is payable one month before your stay (non refundable). 

• If the balance is not paid one month before your stay, the booking is cancelled.

• A £100 damage deposit is payable with the balance. 

• If you cancel one month or more before your stay, the balance is not payable. 

• Bookings that are made within one month of your stay are payable in full, to secure the booking (non refundable). 

• The £100 damage deposit is refunded within ten days of the end of your stay, assuming no damages.
